Head East's first 8 single releases were issued on the
A&M Silver Label. The silver labels featured brown curved
A&M letters on a graduated background that blended from shades of white
to gray though many labels appear to have more of a tan to gray
blend.

Head East released one single on the A&M Red
Label. The red labels featured a plain red background with a white A&M
logo tilted slighty to the right and positioned on the upper-right side.

Head East also had one single on both the A&M Forget
Me Nots label and the A&M Memories label. Both series of 45 rpm releases paired two previous
hits back to back on one single. The Forget Me Nots label (left) shows a finger with a
ribbon tied around it on a green and orange striped background. The Memories label (below right) has the Memories logo in faded pink and tiled across a white background.
